OGF Receives Level 3 Eruboshi Certification
In September 2026, Ocean Geo-Frontier Co., Ltd. (OGF) received Level 3 Eruboshi Certification from the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare under the Act on the Promotion of Women’s Active Engagement in Professional Life.
The Eruboshi Certification is a certification system for companies thatdemonstrate outstanding performance in promoting women’s participation and advancement in the workplace.
Level 3 certification, which OGF has received, is awarded to companies that meet all five assessment criteria: Recruitment, Continued Employment, Working Hours and Work Styles, Proportion of Women in Management Positions, and Diverse Career Opportunities.
